Covid-19 Update and Important Information
To all of my Beesa Beauties
I am so excited to say that I am reopening Beesa on June 1st! As I re-open the studio it is important to be open about what the future holds for not only myself, but also my clients and the community we share. I know each of you have been patient, and I will continue to need your understanding and support as I navigate all the many new protocols, guidelines, changes in appointment times and varied available hours. I am also juggling having kids at home as camps are closed and trying to manage running a business and a household in this changing world.
I will start by offering waxing, tinting and lash extensions at first (services where the client can wear a mask or facial covering). As we move into July, I will reassess the situation and follow the advice of local and federal organizations on further adding more high contact services, such as facials, back into the schedule. Until then, I am offering customized Beauty Boxes, a facial at home kit, complete with written and video instructions. Clients love them! Plus, they are a great way to keep up your skincare regimen until I am available later in the summer. More information about the Beauty Boxes can be found on the website at www.beesaskincare.com.
I will begin contacting clients to reschedule, so please keep an eye out for a text or phone call and do your best to respond as quickly as possible. This is a huge task for one person! I will first reschedule clients whom I had to cancel due to the closure of the studio from Covid 19. Once this is complete, then you can reschedule for future appointments. In order to keep everyone safe and to follow the new guidelines, I am unable to see as many clients in a day as I did pre-Corona. Please be patient and as understanding as possible. I am just as ready and excited to reopen as you are!

New Guidelines and Procedures at Beesa
that I take this current health situation seriously and have worked hard to
create some new procedures, many of which will be temporary, in addition to following
the standard sanitation guidelines I have always relied on. Some of these new
rules are mandated by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology, while others are recommended
practices for reopening issued by the Centers for Disease Control and OSHA. Here is what I, at Beesa, am doing to keep myself,
my clients, my family and my community safe during this time:
*All clients will wait in their vehicles or outside the studio upon arrival until the studio has been properly disinfected. PLEASE TEXT UPON ARRIVAL. Please refrain from talking on your phone unless you are in your car (the massage therapist next door can hear everything!) The door to the studio will remain locked.
*All clients are required to bring and wear a face mask. If you arrive without one, you may purchase one for $5.00.
*There will be no steam with facials.
*I will also wear masks, gloves and any other PPE necessary to perform services.
*The studio will be disinfected at the beginning and end of the day and between each client.
*A germ killing air filter has been placed in the service room.
*The water station has been removed from the wait area until further notice.
*I have taken a course on updated sanitation and will follow the recommended sanitation checklist throughout the day, allowing for extra cleaning time between clients.
*No hugging or touching beyond the necessary touching required for a service.
*Once you enter the studio you will be asked to use the provided hand sanitizer or to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with warm water and soap. Hand sanitizer will be available as needed throughout your visit.
*All clients will be asked to complete a form that says they are free from Covid 19 and do not live or regularly engage with anyone who has tested positive for Covid 19.
*Due to the increase in Covid-19 cases, I will require a temperature check when you arrive.
Do not sit in your car with the air turned off while you wait!
I will also check my temperature daily.
*If you are exhibiting any signs of being sick (even if you think it is only allergies), you need to reschedule your appointment. I will also respect your well being by doing the same.
*I will waive the rescheduling fee if you are feeling ill as long as you contact Beesa before the start of your appointment.
*Appointments are tentative and based on the health and number of cases of Covid-19 in the area.
Let’s all stay safe and beautiful!
